ZIRAIYA’s goals were better achieved after the strategic partnership in 2014 with SUMA Fruits International, which acquired approximately 78% of the company's shares.

ZIRAIYA is now one of the most important companies in the Kuwaiti market that provides fresh products with the highest quality and best prices, through its farms in Wafra and Abdali, or by importing from different countries.

In order to achieve this progress and expansion, the company intended to provide 5 Central Markets around Kuwait, concerned with selling fresh products and grocery in its various departments. In addition to a number of branches invested within the Cooperative Societies in various Kuwaiti regions.
